Erin Hallstrom MSOM, LAc
Acupuncturist & Herbalist
Erin grew up in small town Nebraska and stayed in the Midwest to earn her Bachelor’s degree at Hastings College, where she studied K-12 Physical Education and Coaching. Upon graduating, she decided to spread her wings and journey to Arizona, where she went on to work as a personal trainer and certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 nutrition coach.
Erin encountered holistic medicine when she was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and depression. She was introduced to a Chinese Medicine practitioner to help her mind and body heal and, over time, she not only got healthy but she also fell in love with the healing power of acupuncture, Qi Gong, and Chinese herbs. It was at this time that Erin dedicated herself to the study and practice of acupuncture. She initially enrolled at Emperor’s College and ultimately graduated with her Master’s degree from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder.
Erin has successfully used acupuncture and Chinese Medicine to treat a wide variety of conditions with a comprehensive and compassionate approach through her practice, conveniently located in downtown Louisville. She has a special interest in pain management, sports medicine, and dermatology. She is also a trained Synergy Facial Acupuncture and Michelle Gellis Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation practitioner.
Erin is nationally board certified and licensed by the State of Colorado. She is a recognized diplomate of Acupuncture and Herbology by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), is certified in Clean Needle Technique, and is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Colorado.
